Dana White teases Conor McGregor UFC return
UFC president White has revealed McGregor could make his mixed martial arts return at UFC 245 in December.
McGregor has not been seen inside the octagon since losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov almost a year ago.
White said: “I’m sure you saw his tweet. Conor wants to fight on December 14 in Dublin, but we have [UFC 245] in Vegas.
“So if he doesn’t fight on that card, he will fight early next year.”
Nate Diaz hits back at BMF belt critics
Diaz and Jorge Masvidal are set to do battle in the main event of UFC 244 on November 2.
The pair will fight it out at Madison Square Garden for the BMF title, a one-off belt which has been introduced by White.
And Diaz has hit back at people who have criticised the new belt.
He told TMZ: “If there’s any hate or negativity towards it and if there’s anybody who’s hating on it, like some of these journalists in here, it’s because none of you guys are no fighters, you’re b******, so shut the f*** up.
“Tell me I ain’t the best motherf***** in the game and watch me and watch me fight the whole game.”
Jorge Masvidal rules out fight with Conor McGregor
Before the announcement of his fight with Diaz, Masvidal had called out McGregor for a match.
However, Gamebred appears to have moved on after White said he was too big for the Irsishman.
When asked about a potential fight with McGregor, Masvidal said: “You can’t ask me that.
“The man right here [White] said I’m too much man for that dude, so don’t bring that dude up no more in my interviews.
“He [White] already said it himself, so that fight is not available.”
